i think aircel is best- 1 year internet free for new customers
unlimited internet at just rs 9* per hour/day

i'm not talking about wireless / mobile connections.

Wired broadband that is given along with land phone.

i am using bsnl broadband and it's horrible even in 1 mb/s.
