The main advantage here is, if you follow 'code' feature it will be formatted correctly.

Example 1 : formatted (coded) notations

In example 1 , the notations are readable. But in example 2 the notations are not readable since the formatting is poor.
Don't worry about rules and all. There are no rules to follow. we were trying to say that if you could 'code' your posts it would be much more readable.
